Alarm Panel Substitution Supervisory
Your Fire/Intrusion System has reported an Alarm Panel Substitution Trouble signal. An Alarm Panel Substitution Trouble signal indicates an internet communication interference between the panel and central station. This trouble occurs when the fire/intrusion panel sends an acknowledgement signal to the central station receiver and is not received/or returned to the panel from the central station. This trouble may prevent transmission of fire/intrusion signals to the central station receiver, thus indicating the system is vulnerable.
